Hello there! At OpenWorks, we are actively seeking a Business Development Representative (Apollo) for one of our clients. This is a part-time, 100% remote Contractor position open to candidates in LATAM.

This company based in the United States specializes in marketing and advertising, helping businesses grow through strategic B2B marketing initiatives. They leverage advanced tools and data-driven strategies to connect clients with the right audiences, optimizing lead generation and improving conversion rates through innovative campaigns.

In this role, you will utilize your expertise in Apollo and email marketing outreach to build target lists, conduct research, and execute effective email marketing campaigns. You’ll also perform A/B testing, craft compelling calls to action, and drive continuous improvement by reporting on results and making data-driven adjustments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Location: LATAM
Type of contract: Part-time Contractor (100% remote)

What You’ll Do:

Build and refine target lists using Apollo and conduct thorough market research.
Lead email marketing outreach with a focus on crafting compelling, high-converting emails.
Implement A/B testing to optimize email performance and improve engagement rates.
Drive conversions with persuasive call-to-action strategies.
Report campaign results and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.

Essential Skills:
Proficient in Apollo for research and lead generation.
Strong experience with email marketing outreach and writing effective emails.
Familiar with A/B testing and creating compelling call to action.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and writing skills.

Secondary/Complementary Skills:
Experience working with landing pages.
Skilled in prospecting and reporting results for ongoing optimization.
Ability to modify strategies based on performance metrics.
