Hello there! At OpenWorks, we’re looking for a rockstar Executive Assistant to join the dynamic team of one of our clients and become the trusted right hand to their executive team. This is a 100% remote contractor position, open to Latin America!

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Location: Spanish speaking countries from LATAM (Colombia, México, Argentina, Venezuela, Chile, Nicaragua, Honduras, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Peru, Panama, Guatemala, etc.)
- Salary: $750 – $1.100 USD/month.
- Type of contract: Full-time Contractor. 100% remote set-up.
- Working hours: Eastern Standard Time (EST).
What you’ll do
- CEO’s Right Hand: You will report directly to the CEO of the company.
- Meeting Maestro: Craft agendas that keep discussions focused, take meticulous minutes, and ensure action items propel projects forward.
- Email & Calendar Ninja: Tame the inbox and calendar, streamlining communication for the executive and keeping them ahead of schedule.
- Travel Guru: Become the master of itineraries, coordinating seamless travel arrangements for the executive and team.
- Tech-Savvy Superhero: Utilize Google Workspace and CRMs to create reports, forms, and keep everything running smoothly.
- Communication Connoisseur: Draft emails and handle phone inquiries on the executive’s behalf, ensuring a professional and positive experience for everyone.
- Best Friend Interviewer: Participate in interviewing job applicants and conducting orientation of new employees as needed.
- Confidentiality Captain: Discreetly and securely manage sensitive information for the executive.
- Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to ensure all tasks assigned by the executive are completed efficiently.
- Social Media Strategist: Manage the company’s and/or the executive’s social media presence, boosting engagement and brand awareness.
Here’s Your Playground:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- 3+ years of experience wielding Google Suite or Outlook like a pro.
- Superb communication skills – written and verbal (think clear, concise, and engaging!)
- A keen eye for detail and the organizational skills of a champion.
- Fluency in English, with Spanish fluency a major advantage.
- Experience in the construction industry and small business is preferred.
