ABOUT THE ROLE
Location: LATAM – Colombia, México, Nicaragua, Honduras, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Peru, Panama, Guatemala.
Type of Contract: Contractor, Project-based (50 to 100 hours)
What We’re Looking For
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Experience: Demonstrable experience in implementing Microsoft products, particularly focusing on Microsoft – – Apps, SharePoint, Power Automate and Azure.
– Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate is essential for designing and automating workflows.
– Additional Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to perform detailed process analysis and suggest technological improvements.
– Certifications: Certified in Microsoft technologies.
– Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
– Project Management: Experience in leading project teams using agile methodologies.
Bonus:
– Microsoft O365 and Azure AD: Experience in development and architecture using Microsoft O365 and Azure Active Directory.
– Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct detailed process analysis and propose technological improvements.
What You’ll Do
– Project Leadership: Lead the automation project from design through deployment, ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.
– Requirement Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements, identifying needs and proposing effective solutions.
– Solution Development: Develop and implement automation solutions using Microsoft technologies such as – Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Azure.
– System Configuration: Configure and customize Microsoft applications to meet project specifications.
– Technical Support: Provide technical support and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
– Documentation Management: Oversee the refinement of our current centralized data site on SharePoint Online to ensure effective document management.
– Security and User Management: Manage Azure Active Directory, including setting up security groups and user profiles.
– Integration: Ensure seamless integration with existing Microsoft O365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Planner.
– Process Automation: Automate various functional processes such as profile requests, notifications, interview scheduling, and process tracking using Power Automate and other relevant tools.
